Cancel anytime, in under a minute, with no fees and no hassle.

You can cancel your FinishMyDocs subscription at any time, for any reason. There are no cancellation fees, no phone calls, and no retention tricks. Two methods are available — pick whichever you prefer.

Method 1: Cancel from your dashboard (under a minute)

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to DashboardBilling.
  • Click “Cancel subscription.”
  • Confirm. That's it — one click, no surveys or extra screens required.

The whole process takes under a minute, and we send a confirmation email right away so you have it in writing.

Method 2: Cancel by email

Email support@finishmydocs.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Cancel.” No explanation is required. We process email cancellations within one business day and send you a confirmation email when it is done.

What cancellation means

  • No cancellation fees — ever.
  • Future charges stop. Once cancelled, no further renewals are billed.
  • Access continues until the end of your paid period. You can keep editing, signing, and downloading documents until then.
  • Trial cancellations are never charged $39.99. If you cancel before day 7 of your trial, the monthly fee is simply never billed — the $1 you paid is the only charge.
