How to Cancel Your Subscription

Two easy ways, no fees, no hoops — here's exactly what to do.

We never make cancelling hard. Pick either method below — both stop all future charges, and both end with a confirmation email so you have it in writing.

Method 1: Cancel online (recommended)

  1. Log in to your FinishMyDocs account.
  2. Open your Dashboard and click Billing.
  3. Click “Cancel subscription.” The cancel button is one click — no surveys, no “are you sure?” maze.
  4. Done. We send you a confirmation email immediately.

Method 2: Cancel by email

Write to support@finishmydocs.com from the email address you signed up with — a one-line message is plenty. We process email cancellations within 1 business day and send a confirmation email when it's done.

What happens after you cancel

  • No further charges. Renewals stop immediately. If you cancel during your 7-day trial, the $39.99 monthly fee is never billed.
  • Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for — keep editing and signing until then.
  • Your documents stay downloadable from your dashboard until your access ends, so grab anything you need.
